📋 Description

• Own requirements, documentation, and outcomes for partner integrations • Make day-to-day product decisions for integration design aligned with company objectives • Translate integration needs into product workflows, API requirements, data mapping expectations, and operational support considerations • Define measurable outcomes and priorities balancing stability, retention, customer value, and modernization • Write epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria for Engineering and QA • Participate in the Agile product development process • Use support trends, customer escalations, implementation insights, adoption signals, and partner feedback to improve integrations • Coordinate and deliver release communications for integrations • Work directly with partners to ensure requirements are accurate and complete • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Implementation, Support, Managed Services, and domain SMEs • Engage directly with customers and help automate client data flows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent and relevant working experience • 2+ years professional experience in product management with B2B SaaS products • 1+ years’ experience working closely with partners on integrations • 1+ years' experience in regulated domains where accuracy and explainability are critical, such as payroll, tax, HR, compliance, or fintech • Experience defining and delivering API-based integrations • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and file-based interchange where applicable • Understanding of data mapping/validation, error handling, reconciliation, and operational support needs • Understanding of enterprise integration expectations, including security, reliability, versioning, and backward compatibility • Strong written communication skills • Track record of working with Engineering and QA, including edge cases, tradeoffs, and technical constraints • Must be willing to travel to Minneapolis, MN • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available
