📋 Description

• Own core month-end close activities and support global accounting operations • Execute accounting processes across multiple entities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, financial integrity, and scalability • Execute month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations • Reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets using AI-assisted tooling to identify anomalies and accelerate review • Perform crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems, including rollforward schedules • Perform entity-level financial statement flux analysis and prepare horizontal and vertical variance reports for subsidiaries • Support preparation of US GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain audit-ready workpapers for external audits • Partner with Treasury on daily cash and crypto liquidity monitoring, funding bank accounts and wallets, and executing crypto-to-fiat conversions and transfers • Establish controls and AI-assisted workflows to automate accounting operations • Report to the Controller and collaborate with accounting and finance leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience under US GAAP, including exposure to complex accounting areas • Experience with NetSuite and high-volume reconciliations in a production environment • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets • Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in accounting work, with concrete examples of improving close cycles, reconciliation accuracy, or manual review • High learning velocity and ability to quickly adopt new systems, standards, and tools • Experience supporting audits (preferred) • Experience with crypto subledger tools and systems (preferred) • Experience building lightweight automations or AI workflows, such as Python scripts, n8n, or prompt chains (preferred)
