📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for the Digital Marketing Solutions product portfolio • Evaluate portfolio performance and market trends to identify growth, optimization, or rationalization opportunities • Identify portfolio gaps and source strategic partners or solutions • Drive revenue growth and product adoption across the portfolio • Establish and monitor margin targets by product category and vendor relationship • Develop packaging and bundling strategies to increase client value and multi-product adoption • Manage key vendor relationships and commercial agreements • Establish partner expectations, performance standards, and regular business reviews • Recommend vendor renewals, renegotiations, or exits • Partner with Sales leadership to integrate solutions into client conversations • Oversee sales enablement tools, training, and solution positioning • Ensure sellers understand solution value, use cases, and complementary media offerings • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and product launches • Work with Operations on onboarding, fulfillment, and delivery • Align with Finance on forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, sales, or solutions leadership • Experience managing digital marketing product portfolios, partnerships, or vendor ecosystems • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and product adoption • Track record of translating strategy into execution that increases market penetration, accelerates sales performance, and delivers measurable business impact • Strategic and forward-thinking leadership capability • Product-minded commercial perspective • Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Product • Ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs tied to adoption, performance, and revenue growth • Ability to rationalize product offerings and prioritize business impact • Innovation and experimentation mindset • Deep understanding of customer needs, market demand, and usability • Sales-minded and field-connected perspective • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
