📋 Description

• Define architecture for complex, high-impact systems • Lead company-critical engineering initiatives • Solve novel scalability, reliability, and performance problems • Establish technical direction across multiple engineering teams • Influence technology strategy and long-term architecture • Mentor senior and staff-level engineers • Drive technical alignment across Product and Engineering • Turn emerging technical challenges into durable platform capabilities • Work on complex systems, large-scale integrations, and real-world technical challenges • Tackle challenging backend problems using modern technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience • Exceptional system design and architecture skills • Deep expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure • Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale • Strong technical leadership and communication • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization • Fluent English required • U.S. work authorization status must be provided; employer sponsorship may be required • AI/ML infrastructure experience nice to have • Cloud-native architecture experience nice to have • Kubernetes and distributed compute experience nice to have • High-growth startup or scale-up experience nice to have
