📋 Description

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable and consistent services, writing reusable, modular, and maintainable code. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into effective software solutions. • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and ensure high code quality and performance. • Stay up to date with new technologies and tools, drive their adoption when appropriate, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and team growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development, with solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design. • Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. • Experience working in an Agile environment. • Good knowledge of functional programming languages (nice-to-have). • Professional experience with Rust and/or Elixir (nice-to-have). • First-hand experience of test-driven development (TDD), Event-Sourcing and CQRS (nice-to-have). • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka (nice-to-have).
