📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Epicor ERP, including its data model and core architecture • Design, develop, and maintain Epicor integrations using APIs and external systems • Build and optimize BAQs, dashboards, and reports to support business operations • Configure and enhance workflows, BPMs, and automation within Epicor • Support data extraction and integration efforts to enable downstream analytics initiatives • Partner with internal and client stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, preferably Kinetic • Strong expertise in Epicor APIs, BAQs, BPMs, and system integrations • Solid understanding of Epicor data structures and best practices • Experience integrating Epicor with external systems, such as CRM and data warehouses • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strong communication skills and experience working in a client-facing role • Bachelor’s Degree
