📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of packaging projects for assigned clients • Oversee end-to-end packaging artwork workflows • Collaborate with team leaders to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations • Manage high-volume project timelines, planning, task management, priorities, and deadlines • Liaise between management, internal departments, and clients to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions • Coordinate artwork production, prepress, pre-production calls, meetings, routing approvals, and workflow-tool activities • Translate client instructions into measurable communication for end users • Supervise and coach team members on project-management and communication best practices • Develop, improve, and streamline workflow processes • Set up projects and approvers, onboard workflow-tool users, and optimize project organization • Create estimates and manage purchase orders • Verify technical and content accuracy of supplied artwork • Refine and enforce quality-control processes • Report production issues, take corrective action, anticipate risks, and support continuous improvement • Advise production teams on brand best practices • Monitor color quality, production timelines, and corrective actions • Build client relationships, anticipate client needs, measure satisfaction, and identify business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Office experience required • Fully conversant with Adobe CS; Adobe certification is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of artwork management systems • Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands • Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels, printers and suppliers • Must be forward thinking and improvement driven • Entry-level role; equivalent of 2–3 years of experience preferred • Previous experience in customer service and/or project management is a plus • Project Management Certification is a plus • Experience in packaging, artwork, creative project management, print, production, design, art industry, pre-press, or color management theory is beneficial
