📋 Description

• Manage panel-only and full-service survey engagements from kickoff to final data file delivery • Monitor quotas, feasibility, and response rates • Provide recommendations on survey design, sampling, and fieldwork strategy • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party sample/translation vendors • Manage expectations, timelines, scope, and budgets • Conduct data quality checks and cleaning in Excel • Maintain GDPR, CCPA, and PII protection standards • Provide coverage during Pacific Time hours, including late-day Eastern Time project launches • Ensure seamless project handoffs • Track margins and monitor vendor costs • Coordinate final billing reconciliation • Act as a trusted research partner by anticipating challenges and delivering high-quality quantitative research outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in quantitative market research, managing projects from questionnaire programming through final data delivery • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong client-facing communication skills • Hands-on experience with panel/sample providers, survey programming or hosting, fieldwork, and data quality processes • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Experience handling PII in accordance with applicable data privacy standards, including GDPR and/or CCPA • Highly resourceful and proactive, with ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex challenges independently • Availability for standard working hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time, with occasional flexibility for project launches or urgent client needs • Preferred: Background in expert networks, primary research, or other rapid-delivery research environments • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, Decipher/Forsta, and Monday.com • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada • Must undergo thorough screening and pre-employment checks, including an enhanced background check
