📋 Description

• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports through LCPtracker. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, including Davis-Bacon and related labor regulations. • Review employee timecards, wage rates, deductions, and job classifications for accuracy. • Reconcile payroll discrepancies with clients and resolve employee payroll inquiries. • Monitor fringe benefits, overtime, and prevailing wage requirements. • Prepare payroll reports for audits and government agencies. • Stay current with payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience. • Hands-on experience with LCPtracker and certified payroll reporting. • Knowledge of prevailing wage laws, Davis-Bacon Act, and public works compliance. • Strong understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, and wage calculations. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
