📋 Description

• Drive the full product development lifecycle for new AI-powered features from conception to market • Lead architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning • Build and scale agentic systems that automate complex business workflows for early-stage companies • Leverage LLMs and AI/ML technologies to create user-facing products that solve real business problems • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and iterate on solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and/or Typescript and React • Demonstrated experience building agentic systems and AI/ML products, and familiarity with the emerging "AI stack" including: • LLMs and agent frameworks • Embeddings/vector databases • RAG (retrieval augmented generation) • Evals and observability • Prompt engineering • Proven track record of leading other engineers and establishing best practices for engineering teams • Familiarity or interest in AI-powered developer tools like Cursor
