📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack • Develop front-end React and React Native web and mobile applications • Develop back-end systems using PHP, related frameworks, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and microservices • Design database schemas, integrations, and optimizations • Contribute to incremental modernization of existing systems • Diagnose and resolve production issues while balancing new feature delivery • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI teams to turn requirements into user-friendly solutions • Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across systems • Build mobile experiences with React Native or related technologies and integrate them with backend services • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across web, mobile, and backend layers • Stay current with evolving tools, frameworks, and full-stack and mobile development best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer • Individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution rather than architecture ownership • Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, React Native, Node.js) • Proficiency with PHP or a related backend framework (Laravel, Symfony, or equivalent) • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL) • Experience integrating frontends and mobile apps with back-end APIs • Familiarity with mobile-specific challenges, including app store deployments and push notifications • Solid grasp of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an asset • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Passion for solving real-world problems with technology • Proficiency with modern AI-driven tools such as Claude Code • Experience with mobile analytics (Firebase, LogRocket, Mixpanel) is a bonus • Familiarity with workforce management, HR compliance, or payroll systems is a bonus • Knowledge of accessibility standards for web and mobile is a bonus
