📋 Description

• Enhance customer satisfaction and build customer relationships • Sell QIAGEN products and services to key life science and research testing accounts • Execute strategic sales tactics and build relationships at senior organizational levels • Position products across the QIAGEN portfolio, including molecular methods and technologies • Develop internal networks across supply chain, manufacturing, custom product development, and technical/customer support teams • Create and develop sales strategy • Manage complex sales and projects • Spend 80%+ of time in the field serving the South Houston and Louisiana territory

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of directly related sales experience with a well-developed network of customer contacts in both Academia and Industry • Strong background in life sciences and technical aptitude in Sample Purification, PCR, dPCR and Next Generation Sequencing • Ability to position products across the entire QIAGEN portfolio • Ability to develop internal networks within supply chain, global product manufacturing, custom product development teams, and technical/customer support • Bachelor of Science or equivalent required; graduate degree preferred • 3+ years of directly related sales experience with proven track record • Wide range of knowledge of life science applications, products, and market • Proven ability to sell at the highest levels within an organization • Ability to create and develop strategy and resolve complex problems independently • Experience in project management and complex sales • Willingness to spend 80%+ of time in the field and travel, including overnight stays • Valid driving license required • Must be based in the territory: South Houston and Louisiana
