📋 Description

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for target verticals with management • Sell Qualfon solutions to key decision-makers in marketing, brand, trade marketing, sales operations, and procurement • Drive complex, consultative sales across print-on-demand, marketing collateral fulfillment, eStores, direct mail, 3PL, and eCommerce fulfillment • Navigate organizational dynamics within client organizations and internally • Own the full business development cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, opportunity qualification, needs assessment, competitive positioning, proposal and presentation development and delivery, contract negotiation, and execution • Identify and coordinate internal resources needed to close deals • Resolve issues arising after the proposal stage • Travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated alignment with Qualfon values, including integrity, accountability, collaboration, respect, service orientation, and a commitment to doing the right thing • 5+ years of new-business sales success in marketing services, direct mail, or collateral fulfillment, with a proven track record as a business originator • Subject matter expertise in marketing collateral fulfillment, including print-on-demand, inventory management, kitting, and pick, pack, and ship • Familiarity with eStores and web-to-print ordering portals • Working knowledge of direct mail, including data and list processing, variable data printing, and postal optimization • Understanding of marketing needs in automotive, CPG, or pharmaceutical verticals • Understanding of how decision-makers evaluate and select a marketing services provider • Strong grasp of B2B sales, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy • Ability to show how solutions impact a client's ROI • Current knowledge of industry trends and market developments • Ability to keep prospecting when traction takes time and tailor the approach to each customer and functional area • Exceptional communication skills and strong team orientation • Ability to sell integrated solutions that drive market share and profitability • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Ability to travel as needed • Preferred: Existing relationships within automotive, CPG, or pharmaceutical marketing organizations • Preferred: Experience with ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Bachelor's degree in sales, entrepreneurship, business, or marketing is a plus, but not required • Entrepreneurial, independent, creative, tenacious, and resilient
