📋 Description
• Own carrier and agency relationships to onboard and maintain rate partnerships. • Oversee performance: Track how rates convert and price them accordingly. • Collaborate with media, product, and account teams to balance rate displays with lead/call monetization. • Work on yield optimization—developing algorithms to maximize profit across different flows. • Test and scale new media sources into the rated experience funnel.

• Experience in insurance distribution—ideally a mix of digital lead/call models and rated experiences. • Think like a GM: You love owning a P&L, building partnerships, and optimizing margins. • Comfortable working cross-functionally—whether it’s biz dev, product, or media. • A knack for turning data into action—whether that’s in pricing, customer journey, or yield.
