📋 Description

• Support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis • Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis • Prepare financial reports • Conduct cash flow forecasting • Build financial models and perform trend analysis • Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis • Identify process improvements and improve reporting accuracy • Maintain finance and operations data integrity • Support leadership decision-making with actionable insights • Partner with Finance and Operations leadership and collaborate across departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, purchasing, or a related analytical role • Advanced Excel skills • Experience working with ERP systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Experience with NetSuite preferred • Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred • Experience with financial modeling preferred • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting preferred • Experience in SaaS or Education preferred • Ability to work at a screen for extended periods • Ability to use standard input devices • Ability to participate in virtual meetings
