🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in your engineering discipline • Active PE license (single or multi-state) • Leadership experience — managing teams, departments, or project portfolios • Business development or account management experience — client acquisition, proposal writing, or ongoing client relationship stewardship • Professional engagement outside the office — our clients consistently prioritize candidates who are active in their industry through organizations like ASCE, ACEC, or WEF, serve on boards or committees, or participate in leadership development programs
