📋 Description

• Educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis-powered solutions for their business and database needs • Drive proofs of concept, pilots, challenges, and evaluations hands-on with customers • Help customers meet technology and business requirements using Redis products, solutions, and services • Understand, quantify, and verify customers’ business needs and specific use cases • Work with customers’ technical teams, including architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level experts, to ensure successful POCs and pilots • Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies, identify new account opportunities, and grow existing business • Present Redis, its capabilities, and technology to customers, highlighting business impact and competitive advantages • Use customer feedback to improve product materials and technical best practices • Provide feedback to Product Management and R&D teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally database engineering, for enterprise software • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux • Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems • BS in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Legally eligible to work in the country where the job is located • Successful completion of a background check • Ability to report to the designated office location when required if the position is located in or near a Redis office
