📋 Description

• Produce animated ad creative that performs across paid social platforms • Collaborate with the Social Lead on UGC creative direction, ensuring briefs produce content that performs • Work with the CRO Designer to brief and align on landing page creative, ensuring message match from ad to page • Iterate quickly based on performance feedback from the team • Stay current on platform formats and what is working across paid social • Turn clear performance-team briefs into high-converting creative across paid channels • Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, Paid Media Specialist, and Social Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of paid social statics and animated creatives that ran • Understanding of performance marketing and why creative hooks work • Proven animation capability across paid-social formats • Scientific approach to analyzing performance data and informing creative decisions • Ability to produce high creative volume and iterate without losing quality • Proficiency in Figma • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Proficiency in animation tools such as After Effects or equivalent
