📋 Description

• Build intuitive and expressive full-stack workflows for manipulating and comprehending thousands of documents • Use LLMs and OCR at scale to comprehend and extract information from unstructured documents with industry-leading accuracy • Own high-impact features spanning core functionality, internal tooling, performance improvements, and reliability • Operate independently while maintaining a tight feedback loop with the team and customers • Participate in the hiring screen, technical interview, team interview, and co-founder interview process as a candidate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • 3 years owning entire projects and outcomes • Strong skills in Python/Celery, React (Next.js), and Postgres • Proficiency in AI workflows, including LLMs, embeddings, and vector search • 1–2 years of experience at an early-stage startup with fewer than 7 employees • Track record of building clever, user-centric workflows integrating complex technology • Strong communication skills, including explaining complex ideas clearly and concisely and asking appropriate questions • Exposure to real estate or financial analysis, or experience at a company with a similar focus (nice to have) • Entrepreneurial experience or independently shipped side projects (nice to have) • Based in EST timezone (nice to have)
