• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding • Collaborate with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders • Enhance processes and reduce lead time • Ensure compliance with GDPR and SOC 2 standards • Oversee employee enrolment in benefits • Address employee concerns working with the Payroll team • Design and implement comprehensive employee experience programs • Analyse employee engagement data and identify improvement areas

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in EOR employee experience, human resources, or a related field • Strong project management skills • Customer-centric attitude • Experience working in a remote setup • Proactive and self-starting attitude • Team worker with strong interpersonal skills • Fluent in Arabic and English
