📋 Description

• Critical Infrastructure Management: Administer, optimize, and monitor Linux infrastructure (Hetzner), ensuring security and performance. • n8n High Availability: Implement and maintain scalable n8n architecture, separating workers and optimizing use of RabbitMQ and Redis for maximum fault tolerance. • Routing and Security: Configure and maintain Traefik for efficient routing and Cloudflare for protection and delivery optimization. • Monitoring and CI/CD: Implement proactive monitoring systems to detect and resolve bottlenecks. Develop and maintain CI/CD practices for safe deployment of infrastructure and new n8n workflows. • Leadership in n8n Workflow Development: Act as the primary owner for designing and building end-to-end automation workflows in n8n, ensuring clean code (including JavaScript/Python in specific nodes when needed) and high performance. • High-Level Marketing Integrations: Build robust integrations with critical marketing APIs (Meta/WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Graph API, CRMs, email platforms), ensuring secure authentication and efficient error handling. • AI Architecture in n8n: Develop workflows that integrate LLMs and RAG systems to create marketing automation agents—such as dynamic segmentation, message personalization, or automated copy generation. • Workflow Performance Optimization: Review and refactor existing and new workflows to ensure efficient use of infrastructure resources and fast automation execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong DevOps Infrastructure Experience: Linux administration, VPS management (Hetzner), and proficiency with container orchestration using Docker/Docker Compose and Portainer. • Scalability Specialist (n8n): Deep knowledge of high-availability architecture for n8n using RabbitMQ (message queues) and Redis (cache and sessions) for robust, asynchronous processing. • Networking and Routing Expertise: Hands-on experience with Traefik (reverse proxy, load balancing) and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, security). • Automation Expert (n8n): Proven ability to create and optimize complex workflows in self-hosted n8n, including data handling via Supabase. • AI Applied to Marketing: Experience integrating LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG, and prompt engineering directly into n8n workflows for marketing use cases (personalization, content generation).
