• Lead Resmed Canada’s integrated provider and consumer marketing strategy • Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Canadian commercial leadership team • Create campaign and creative briefs • Develop province-specific marketing plans • Drive omnichannel programs focused on sleep apnea awareness • Lead marketing initiatives supporting myAir, rePAP, reSupply • Prioritize marketing investments and resources • Partner with Sales, Product, Digital, and Communications teams • Measure campaign performance • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders • Support ResMed’s presence at key industry conferences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • MBA preferred but not required • 8+ years of progressive sales or marketing experience • Proven success developing and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies • Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape • Demonstrated commercial acumen • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills • Experience in using a variety reporting platforms: Funnel.IO, Veeva Crossix, Asana, Adobe
