📋 Description

• Lead and conduct impact evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses of energy efficiency programs. • Manage projects to complete deliverables on time and within budget. • Develop scopes of work and budgets for new work. • Manage engineering and analysis support staff activities: field work, data collection, energy analyses, project research, etc. • Oversee primary and secondary data collection efforts as well as conducting data analysis. • Lead measurement and verification (M&V) activities for installed energy efficiency measures. • Develop data collection instruments and analysis tools/calculators. • Lead and support technical report writing; contribute to draft reports, including results and actionable recommendations. • Support senior staff with development of presentations, papers and proposals. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. engineering, environmental science with a focus on energy efficiency / energy management, or closely related industry). • 5+ years of working experience with 4+ years of experience with impact evaluation of energy efficiency programs. • Expert level understanding of building systems, energy end uses and equipment, specific in commercial and industrial sectors is desirable. • In-depth experience with energy assessments, analysis of energy data, and/or Measurement and Verification experience. • Experience preparing reports detailing analytical findings. • Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills are mandatory. • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, and SharePoint. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities. • Ability to build relationships with clients and work in tandem to solve logistical and technical issues.
