📋 Description

• Own day-to-day administration of the content management system, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure • Manage intake and prioritization of website requests across business lines, translating approved needs into plans and release schedules • Build and update pages and landing pages using established components • Coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies when new functionality or deeper technical changes are required • Lead website quality assurance and release readiness, including content accuracy, responsive behavior, accessibility, links, forms, tracking, browser compatibility, and post-launch checks • Monitor and improve website health, performance, uptime, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, structured content, and technical SEO fundamentals • Maintain website forms and routine integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document technical requirements for development partners • Implement and maintain website-side requirements for campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests • Create web governance, documentation, and reusable processes • Use analytics, Search Console, and site-quality tools to identify issues and improvement opportunities and share recommendations with stakeholders • Partner with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners to deliver reliable website experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, or comparable platform • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS • Ability to diagnose common front-end, template, form, and integration issues • Practical experience with technical SEO, website accessibility, responsive design, redirects, page performance, and release quality assurance • Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, or comparable platforms • Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to triage requests, clarify scope, manage dependencies, and coordinate external partners • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills in a multi-brand or multi-business environment • Experience in B2B software, healthcare, behavioral health, education technology, or another regulated industry preferred • Experience supporting consent-management tools, tag-management implementation, form integrations, or website experimentation platforms preferred • Familiarity with JavaScript, DNS and domain management, content governance, and AI-supported web quality or publishing workflows preferred
