📋 Description

• Generating sales leads • Prepare pricing estimates for projects and submit written proposals to clients • Pre-qualify potential clients with appropriate questions to establish budget, timelines, and compatibility, prepare quotations and site installation meetings as required • Manage clients’ expectations by informing them of company processes, policies, and timelines • Update clients of business changes such as product offering, pricing, or assembly options • Use CRM to track Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts along with timelines • Participate in various departmental and interdepartmental meetings and trainings as required • Attend industry shows, conferences, events, etc. as required • Other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in the construction/building materials industry, preferably within powder coating & extrusion sectors • Strong business and sales acumen, including excellent business communication skills in English, both written and oral • An understanding of the metals industry a strong asset, including powder coating and aluminum extrusions • High-energy, detail-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated individual • Excellent planning, coordination, and scheduling skills • Reliability, integrity, passion and in-person presentation skills with a strong ability to establish relationships and close deals • Exceptional, industry leading, customer service skills with a proven strength in exceeding client expectations and an ability to identify best product and fit for client needs • A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required • Must be flexible with work hours.
