📋 Description

• Own local and community marketing strategy at the branch level • Develop the local marketing agenda collaboratively with branch leadership and execute independently • Own the branch's organic social media strategy, including content pillars, cadence, platform mix, and voice • Direct content creation and personally produce content where needed • Analyze performance data and connect social activity to brand awareness and lead generation outcomes • Manage online reputation and escalate issues appropriately • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize local sponsorship, event, and partnership opportunities • Build relationships with local organizations, business associations, media, and complementary local businesses • Design and lead branch presence at community events, including strategy, budget, staffing, materials, and post-event follow-up • Develop and manage local marketing calendars integrating community initiatives with broader campaigns and seasonal plans • Manage local radio advertising, including briefing, scriptwriting or refinement, and production coordination • Traffic creative and media materials to radio stations, publishers, and out-of-home vendors • Plan, negotiate, and book OOH/DOOH placements such as billboards, transit, and street-level signage • Set and manage the local marketing budget and make trade-off decisions • Provide market intelligence to marketing leadership • Empower local branch operators to participate and propose initiatives • Report local marketing performance and ROI to branch and marketing leadership with recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated depth in social media strategy and execution • Track record of building local or community marketing programs that produced measurable brand or business impact • Strong strategic judgment to evaluate local marketing opportunities • Ability to build and manage relationships with community organizations, local media, and business partners • Comfortable owning a budget and making resourcing decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong command of brand voice and tone • Data-literate; able to interpret social and campaign performance data and translate it into strategy adjustments • Experience in home services, trades, or another local/service-based industry is strongly preferred • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel locally to events and community activities • Satisfactory criminal background check required before an unconditional employment offer
