📋 Description

• Lead the creative teams of RKD’s Creative Group • Support the development of offer-focused, donor-centric, insight-driven digital creative solutions • Conceptualize and develop innovative digital creative solutions aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and unique selling propositions • Provide creative direction throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with clients to understand needs, present creative ideas and strategies, and incorporate feedback • Stay current on trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, design, and creative storytelling • Combine brand-building and fundraising best practices to create results-oriented solutions • Assist Client Experience and Sales with positioning and promotion of digital direct response materials • Oversee and provide professional development for design and copy team members • Mentor and develop staff at varying experience levels • Travel as requested for sales efforts, creative presentations, client relationship-building, and staff development • Report directly to the Executive Creative Director • Assist in developing new business pitch materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, or related fields • Portfolio of creative examples demonstrating excellent craft and innovative concepts • Focused experience on digital creative execution • PC or Mac proficiency • 10+ years’ experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofits preferred • 5+ years’ experience working on accounts for national brands preferred • Experience with best practices in offer development for direct response marketing • Experience in concept development and campaign development • Experience in creative development for digital media • Proven success supervising staff • No sponsorships available for this position
