📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview candidates • Complete offer negotiation and acceptance processes • Complete contractor hiring administrative processes • Onboard new contractors • Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes • Ensure assigned accounts are fully recruited • Develop and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, hiring managers, human resources, and recruitment teammates • Provide recruitment updates and keep management informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • Execute recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials • Meet customer satisfaction objectives through full recruitment of assigned accounts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED • 2 years or more of full life-cycle recruiting experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, at an intermediate level • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments • Customer service skills • Willingness to travel 0–10% • May be subject to employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, customer badging, or background requirements
