📋 Description

• Source potential physician and Advanced Practice Provider candidates through networking, social media, professional organizations, job boards, and other recruiting strategies • Generate, develop, and follow up on physician and Advanced Practice Provider placements within Sanford Health • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with senior leadership, executives, legal department, department chairs, and community leaders • Assist with direct mail targeted campaigns, renew approved recruitment advertisements, and perform telemarketing • Administer record-keeping systems and provide reporting information on lead development and candidate contacts • Schedule phone screenings and interviews, and present candidate information to appropriate departments • Ensure providers are appropriately scheduled for site visits • Implement assigned projects and assist with other office duties • Travel for site visits, educational conferences, career fairs, recruitment physician specialty conferences, and other business meetings and activities • Work closely with firms and independent contractors when needed to secure provider coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of education, leadership may accept four years of applicable experience • Area of focus in Healthcare, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred • Two years of relevant experience preferred • AAPPR Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification preferred • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record • Knowledge of various medical specialties and evaluating a Curriculum Vitae (CV) • Microsoft Office experience a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers • Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work varying hours according to recruitment visits and physician schedules • Ability to travel for site visits, conferences, career fairs, recruitment specialty conferences, and business meetings
