📋 Description

• Support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions recruitment • Source, screen, and interview candidates • Complete offer negotiation and acceptance processes • Complete contractor hiring administrative processes • Onboard new contractors • Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes • Ensure assigned accounts are fully recruited • Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates • Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • Execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials • Track KPI performance and recruitment progress • Meet customer satisfaction objectives through full recruitment of assigned accounts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience required • H.S. Diploma/GED required • 2 years or more of full life-cycle recruiting experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; intermediate level required • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments required • Customer service skills required • Travel of 0–10%
