📋 Description

• Research talent markets, competitor organizations, industry trends and emerging sourcing channels • Identify, engage and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, professional associations, community partnerships and university partnerships • Build, maintain and cultivate talent pipelines for active hiring needs, workforce planning and future hiring demand • Develop personalized candidate outreach communicating Blue Nile's employer value proposition • Conduct candidate screens before introducing talent to the Talent Acquisition team • Build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and create talent communities • Support diverse talent pipeline development • Support recruiting administration, onboarding, ATS maintenance and other recruiting activities • Review and edit job descriptions and postings • Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records and sourcing activity in the ATS • Deliver a responsive and engaging candidate experience • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner on hiring priorities and sourcing activity • Share market intelligence, sourcing insights, competitive research and talent trends • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and operational activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 2 years of hands-on talent sourcing, agency recruiting, executive search research, or recruiting experience • Demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates • Experience supporting recruiting across manufacturing, merchandising, marketing, finance, planning or supply chain • Strong research skills • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods • Experience building candidate pipelines across multiple job families and concurrent hiring priorities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and collaborative problem solving • Work authorization sponsorship is not available for a new applicant
