📋 Description

• Lead the organization in developing, maintaining, and governing Integration Architecture (IA) • Define the Enterprise Integration Architecture (EIA) process and integrate it with related business and IT processes • Develop integration architecture guidelines, standards, common services, and middleware solutions supporting business strategy and outcomes • Provide leadership and guidance to development teams on A2A and B2B integration • Partner with solution architects and development teams to create frameworks and patterns • Build integration strategies and develop organizational integration competencies • Work with development teams to resolve technical issues • Create governing principles for IA decision-making • Collaborate on the creation and evolution of Integration Architecture and promote enterprise architecture processes and outcomes • Oversee governance, compliance activities, and evaluation and selection of IA standards • Analyze business context and change requirements to derive the integration architecture future state • Analyze the current integration architecture environment, identify deficiencies, and implement improvement solutions • Guide development teams on tools, frameworks, and libraries and consult with Solution Architects on holistic designs • Oversee documentation of integration architecture design and analysis work • Support Enterprise Architecture services before and during project delivery • Assess and communicate the value of enterprise integration architecture • Develop traceable patterns and oversee IA implementation and refinement • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a relevant degree • Eight (8) years or more experience in Software Development Life Cycle • Six (6) years or more experience in leading software development teams • Six (6) years or more experience as a solution and/or enterprise architect • Six (6) years or more experience in creating and defining new architectural models and explaining complex problems and situations • Six (6) years or more experience in using Enterprise Application Integration tools • Experience architecting, designing, and developing enterprise applications and systems • Understanding of A2A and B2B platforms and tools • Familiarity with developing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based services • Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Architecture and Integration Frameworks • Extensive experience architecting and deploying distributed, high-volume, mission-critical business applications • Extensive experience leading design and integration efforts involving complex enterprise solutions in a matrix organization • Experience with EDI (ANSI, EDIFACT), Web Services, AS2, and related integration technologies • Experience with Microsoft BizTalk Platform and .NET Framework • Deep knowledge of integration and interface patterns • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, facilitation, consensus-building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels and adapt to changing needs • Ability to quickly understand technical and business domains and propose solutions to complex, time-critical problems
