📋 Description

• Execute integrated, multi-channel HR communications plans aligned with established strategy and messaging • Manage communications delivery for benefits, performance management, talent development, employee surveys, employee communities and other HR initiatives • Write and edit employee emails, intranet stories, FAQs, leader toolkits, talking points, presentations and other communications • Translate complex HR information into concise, accurate, actionable messaging • Maintain the integrated HR editorial calendar and coordinate timelines, reviews, approvals and deliverables • Manage communications requests, clarify objectives and audiences, and recommend channels • Use targeted email, SAICGo, manager cascades and evergreen intranet content to support the employee experience • Upload, format and publish HR stories in SAICGo, including images, links, tags, scheduling, accessibility and final checks • Coordinate featured placement and digest inclusion with channel owners • Prepare executive and leader communications under the direction of the HR communications lead • Monitor communications performance and employee feedback and recommend improvements • Learn and use FirstUp and MarketScale to publish content, deliver targeted communications and review campaign performance • Analyze email performance metrics and translate data into recommendations and tested improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field, and 10 years of experience; or Master’s degree and 8 years of experience • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens • Seven or more years of relevant communications experience • Strong command of AP Style • Experience managing communications projects from planning through publication • Proficiency with digital publishing tools and Microsoft Office applications • HR or change communications experience preferred • Experience using digital communications or marketing platforms and reviewing campaign performance; familiarity with FirstUp or MarketScale preferred
