📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to large, complex enterprise customers • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community’s knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive business value • Teach complex concepts and provide creative, prescriptive thinking • Identify and proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Keep programs on track and ensure solutions remain extendable and maintainable • Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions • Contribute to program vision and advise on project strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform • Mentor and develop talent

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience • 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects • Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate with people in diverse roles • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree • Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various organizational levels • Application design and development background • Strong Enterprise Architecture background would be favorable • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications • Experience in Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution / Trade Promotion Management, and the Consumer Goods industry is a plus • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers • Experience leading a technical team or workstream • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, senior technology leaders, and key decision-makers • Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is a strong plus
