📋 Description

• Define and own the technical vision for AI-powered GTM systems across low-code automation and custom agentic AI builds • Create and publish reference architectures, design patterns, and decision frameworks for GTM engineering • Lead architectural design for complex GTM systems, multi-system integrations, agentic workflows, real-time event processing, and cross-platform data orchestration • Drive evaluation, selection, and adoption of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and platforms • Serve as the technical authority on LLM orchestration, prompt safety, RAG, model context management, tool calling, multi-agent coordination, and responsible AI • Own integration architecture strategy, including patterns, APIs, event contracts, and data models • Define governance, extensibility patterns, and operational standards for low-code automation • Partner with VP-level GTM stakeholders to translate business goals into architectural roadmaps • Conduct architecture reviews, provide feedback, identify systemic risks, and improve system design quality • Produce internal thought leadership including white papers, ADRs, and engineering wikis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 10+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production-grade backend systems • Minimum of 3 years of Technical Lead experience • Experience personally building and deploying AI agents used by real end users • Hands-on proficiency with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex • Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, including vector databases, retrieval strategies, chunking, and embedding pipelines • Strong backend engineering fundamentals with Python and/or Node.js, FastAPI or equivalent, and async/event-driven architecture patterns • AWS experience with Bedrock, Lambda/serverless, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, or equivalent cloud-native infrastructure • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders • Ideal/preferred: LLM evals and observability tooling, sales/deal desk/finance workflows, FastMCP, LiteLLM/MCP, Salesforce data sources, AI GTM or RevOps background, mentoring/hiring, prompt engineering, multi-provider LLM behavior, and full-stack development
