📋 Description

• Set a vision and ship work shaping how customers and internal teams operate • Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders • Set interaction patterns and visual systems for other designers • Build direct relationships with strategic customers • Lead large, ambiguous initiatives across multiple product areas from problem framing through launch and iteration • Act as a taste maker and demonstrate sound judgment in the domain • Meet and engage strategic customers to bring customer input and product data into product decisions • Leverage AI tools throughout the design process and define new ways of working • Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and technology • Give back to the community • Ship code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile apps • Set the standard for quality through building and shipping

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications • Track record of leading work spanning multiple product areas • Strong portfolio and/or case studies showing design craft and quantified impact across multiple product areas or platform-wide systems • Portfolio is required; applications without a portfolio cannot be considered • Deep interaction and visual design skills • Judgment to define new patterns used by other designers and teams • Regular use of AI tools in design practice, such as Cursor and Figma Make, with shipped work attributable to them • Experience mentoring designers formally and informally • Experience partnering with senior leadership
