📋 Description

• Engage C-suite decision makers at risk-based organizations on the use of Sanofi’s portfolio • Establish and sustain compliant company relationships with C-suite decision makers • Demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Sanofi Vaccines products • Develop and update targeting and profiling in the assigned geography • Identify optimal risk-bearing organizations and key decision makers • Map decision-making flows and assess payment structures and care delivery models • Anticipate market-specific risks and trends • Develop engagement strategies and tactics using data, cross-functional intelligence, and external learnings • Follow up on engagement actions, share relevant information, and report KPIs • Adjust and update value propositions for different types of risk-bearing organizations • Contribute to risk-bearing organization strategy and identify unmet customer needs • Lead cross-functional relationships with customer-facing teams and head office • Partner with Account Management, Pricing & Contracting, Marketing, and MSL teams • Develop training for internal stakeholders • Implement health economic and outcomes research for large organized customers • Identify and satisfy reimbursement and risk-bearing contract needs • Adapt tools to a health-system focus and detail the holistic Sanofi Vaccines offering • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of experience in market access, payer engagement, or health economics-related functions • Experience in vaccines is a plus • Demonstrated experience in account management and health system navigation • Maintain compliance with Sanofi policies, procedures, regulatory, and legal requirements • Vast understanding of commercial payer reimbursement and risk-bearing methodology • Financial experience and understanding of vaccines • Strong understanding of financial analysis and economic modeling • Ability to develop and interpret content according to client requests and Sanofi guidelines • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships • Executive presence in boardroom, in-person, and remote interactions • Ability to collaborate across functional, geographic, and company boundaries • Strong analytical skills and decision-making expertise • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to evaluate the health economics landscape • Capacity to convert insights into actions and outcomes • Inclusive and diverse mindset • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • MBA or other advanced degree preferred • Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry • Buy & Bill experience preferred within the vaccine space • Executive-level engagement and people leadership skills • Ability to work cross-functionally at field and corporate levels • Interpersonal skills for managing and resolving conflicts and building relationships • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment • Exposure to other business functions preferred • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills • Demonstrated high-level performance and success leading and managing projects
