📋 Description

• Answer a high volume of incoming patient calls and provide prompt, courteous, accurate assistance • Address patient questions, concerns, and billing inquiries with empathy • Evaluate caller needs and determine the correct resolution path using client-specific rules and workflows • Gather information, resolve issues when possible, and complete follow-up actions • Place outbound calls, send emails, and fax requested information as needed • Research issues by reviewing account details, contacting third parties, and gathering documentation • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the patient account system • Protect confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards • Meet or exceed established daily quotas • Manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Communicate effectively with the team and contribute to continuous improvement • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required • Proficient computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM with accuracy • Familiarity with insurance billing is a plus; comprehensive training is provided • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in high-volume situations • Ability to manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines • Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine appropriate resolutions • Clear, professional communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Skilled at multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing work • Reliable, punctual, and dependable • Ability to independently manage the role, goals, and business practices in a remote environment • Adherence to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
