📋 Description

• Support the Vice President in overseeing and managing multiple client accounts • Deliver exceptional client results and build lasting relationships • Transform complex data into compelling stories for reports and presentations • Apply advanced analytics to produce straightforward, actionable insights • Develop reports and presentations for strategic planners and operational managers • Attend client sites, primarily across the US and Canada, to oversee field operations • Resolve client concerns with practical solutions • Mentor and support team members • Lead training initiatives to develop research methods and strategy skills • Primarily conduct quantitative shopper research • Report directly to the Vice President

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Ontario, Canada • Substantial experience in the Market Research industry • Client-side and supplier-side experience highly appreciated • Proven leadership skills to inspire and guide teams in high-pressure situations • Expertise in advanced analytics and transforming data into actionable business solutions • Ability to deliver precise strategies and insights under tight schedules • Experience running and delivering quantitative research studies, including online and central location testing • Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with senior-level clients • Shopper Research experience desirable, particularly packaging testing, store layout optimization, and customer pathways • Proactive mindset and ability to balance multiple projects and meet fast turnaround requirements • Unable to offer visa sponsorship
