📋 Description

• Develop entirely new products and innovate within the existing technology stack • Build next-generation AI-native cybersecurity and compliance products • Create responsive front ends, scalable public APIs, and backend infrastructure • Develop AI agents, MCP servers, and native AI product features • Use AI-assisted software development tools and methodologies • Conduct research, analysis, design, and planning • Create software solutions through stakeholder collaboration, system analysis, and adherence to the development lifecycle • Continuously roll out new application features • Assess operational feasibility, define problems, specify requirements, and propose solutions • Document and illustrate solutions with code, diagrams, and documentation • Analyze processes and suggest operational improvements • Maintain current knowledge of development tools and techniques • Safeguard operations through secure coding practices and confidentiality • Support and mentor fellow engineers and mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Uphold and enhance company coding standards • Brainstorm and create products and features with the team and provide delivery estimates • Own large-scale services and applications and make informed decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS application development across different layers of a software technology stack • Highly skilled in at least one of Java, Python, .NET framework (C#), or React (TypeScript) • Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and RAG retrieval • Strong SQL and database management skills, including vector databases • Proficiency in AWS/Azure environments • Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Well-versed in Agile development methodologies • Strong problem-solving abilities and continuous-learning mindset • Effective collaboration with business stakeholders to clarify data requirements • Commitment to delivering practical and valuable solutions for end-users • Eligibility to work in Canada or the United States
