📋 Description

• Lead the end-user-facing engineering squads, comprising roughly half of the engineering team • Manage technical teams and take them to the next level • Expand engineering capacity as the company grows its customer base and market aspirations • Contribute meaningfully to technical teams while advancing in leadership • Oversee enterprise software development lifecycles, including Agile/Scrumban methodologies, CI/CD, discovery, design, quality assurance, and support • Mentor and coach engineers and provide clear guidance • Resolve conflict among individuals, teams, team leaders, and peers • Collaborate with distributed engineering teams using remote collaboration tools • Travel periodically to spend time with the team and company

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience • Proven experience managing technical teams and advancing their capabilities • Hands-on technical leadership with meaningful contributions to technical teams while progressing in leadership roles • Experience in distributed computing • Deep knowledge of the cloud ecosystem • Deep experience with enterprise software development lifecycles • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrumban • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, discovery, design, quality assurance, and support • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities • Ability to manage and resolve conflict among individuals, teams, team leaders, and peers • High attention to detail and reliable communication • Willingness to travel periodically • Ability to balance life and work in a high-level leadership role • Must be authorized to work in the country in which you reside • Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B work visas
