📋 Description

• Produce YouTube thumbnails and Instagram carousels that elevate the brand • Design and improve landing pages, blog post pages, and website elements that convert visitors into leads and customers • Build speaker slides and presentation decks for Chandler and the team • Apply visual storytelling and copywriting to thumbnails, carousels, and other assets • Maintain brand consistency across graphics, pages, and assets • Manage multiple design requests, prioritize by impact, and turn drafts around quickly • Elevate visual touchpoints to build trust and drive action

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of design experience, with real examples of thumbnails, carousels, and web or landing pages built and demonstrably improved • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and a web design tool such as Webflow or Figma • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling instincts • Understanding of design as a growth lever and what converts • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines across video, social, and web without dropping quality • Comfortable taking feedback quickly and iterating without ego • Portfolio link required to apply • Must be available to work Central Standard Time (Austin, TX) hours
