📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional customer support by phone, email, and chat • Help riders schedule and coordinate transportation for healthcare appointments and other essential needs • Resolve questions and concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach • Coordinate with transportation providers and Guides to ensure reliable service • Meet established performance and service goals
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of contact center or customer service experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Empathetic, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset • Strong time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Reliable attendance and commitment to exceptional service • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM • English proficiency (reading, speaking, and listening) • High-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy and security requirements
