📋 Description

• Partner with customers through planning and execution of programs tied to organizational needs and business strategy • Work with business leaders to drive the end-to-end People and talent agenda while championing company culture and values • Develop thoughtful People Strategies to enhance business performance • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Total Rewards, and regional People Business Partners • Ensure top talent is placed in critical roles and coach employees to expand their impact • Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and implement training programs • Identify team and organizational needs, evaluate options, and develop solutions • Coach leaders on employee relations, discipline, promotion, transfer, and termination discussions • Collaborate on organizational change, people and performance decisions, talent management, engagement, communications, and program rollouts • Lead coaching and feedback efforts and make experience-based recommendations • Assess organizational health and effectiveness and identify improvements and efficiencies • Use Workforce Dashboard and Workday analytics to support business strategy and growth and retention decisions • Serve as a thought leader or subject matter expert in People and Organizational topics such as Talent Development, Performance Management, M&A, and Engagement • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in a strategic HRBP role • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global and distributed teams • Executive presence, resilience, consultative style, and ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms • Workday experience • Ability to see patterns, diagnose issues, and recommend and develop immediate and long-term solutions and mechanisms • High business acumen • Excellent communication, facilitation, planning, and project management skills • Proven experience closely partnering with senior leaders within an organization • Demonstrated ability to scale processes and organizations in a technology environment highly desired • Ability to embed in a business unit and understand its success and interactions with other business units • Good judgment, friendliness, sense of humor, and approachability • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
