📋 Description

• Own the multi-year strategy for ServiceTitan’s money-in business across products, partners, segments, and competitive positioning • Hold full P&L accountability for revenue targets, take rate, margin, and resource allocation • Define ServiceTitan’s position in payments and embedded finance • Build the investment case for the fintech roadmap and translate strategy into an operating plan • Own relationships with processors, issuing banks, lenders, and fintech infrastructure partners • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage ongoing partner performance • Manage and curate a portfolio of lending partners • Identify and develop new partnerships • Drive commercial activation from sales-process fintech attachment through onboarding, adoption, and payment-volume retention • Drive customer acquisition, transaction-volume growth, and adoption of new products with Sales and GTM teams • Orchestrate sales, onboarding, customer success, operations, finance, and product execution • Build an operating rhythm aligned to shared outcomes • Set product direction and prioritize the money-in roadmap against business outcomes • Make build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions • Integrate compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements into product and partnership decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of deep domain expertise in payments, consumer financing, or both • Experience running a business or major business unit at a payments processor, lending company, or embedded finance provider preferred • Track record of P&L ownership with revenue and margin accountability • Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with processors, banks, or lenders • Understanding of interchange economics, revenue-share structures, and contractual flexibility • Experience building GTM and activation models • Strong cross-functional leadership across sales, operations, and finance • Ability to operate at the executive level and represent ServiceTitan in senior external conversations • Experience in a B2B2C business where distribution and activation are key challenges
