📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with the COO and general managers to align hiring goals with business expansion across six Pennsylvania locations • Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding • Execute creative headhunting, direct cold outreach, and active talent pipeline building for restoration, construction, and office operations roles • Craft engaging job advertisements and serve as the professional voice welcoming new talent • Use CareerPlug and recruiting tools to track pipeline metrics, shorten time-to-hire, and deliver a smooth candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house) • Proven ability to manage your own day, work productively in a fully remote environment, and drive results without micromanagement • Outgoing, empathetic, and persuasive voice across phone, video, and written outreach • Comfortable switching gears quickly between technical field technician and operations manager recruitment • Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (CareerPlug, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) and video interview platforms • Must be aligned with US Eastern Time Zone
