📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of platform engineers across Infrastructure, DevOps, and Developer Experience • Set technical direction for platform architecture and ensure roadmap execution • Balance short-term delivery with long-term investments in tooling, infrastructure, and reliability • Oversee cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling in a regulated environment • Design and build AI-powered internal tools and agentic workflows • Improve developer productivity across onboarding, CI/CD, and local-to-production workflows • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, observable, and resilient • Own incident management practices, postmortems, and on-call rotation sustainability • Collaborate with product engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders • Connect platform initiatives to business and customer impact

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles • 3+ years managing and growing high-performing teams • Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD, Datadog, PostgreSQL, CI/CD tooling, and GitOps • Experience operating production systems and supporting on-call rotations • Ability to set technical direction across developer experience and infrastructure • Strong collaboration and communication skills focused on business impact • Comfort using AI tools for development, debugging, and learning • Fluency in English required • Bonus: experience in fintech or other regulated environments • Bonus: prior Staff or Senior Engineer experience before management • Bonus: interest in Bitcoin
