📋 Description

• Take on a dynamic and independent role focused on business development, client engagement, and growth within a structured and proven system • Develop and manage your own portfolio within a guided business framework • Identify and engage qualified prospects through digital channels (training provided) • Conduct structured conversations with potential partners • Support and mentor individuals entering the business • Implement marketing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, and Google • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience (corporate or self-employed) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership • Interest in leadership, personal development, or coaching • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset • Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage • Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
