📋 Description

• Build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder • Support agent governance and lifecycle management through Agent 365 • Implement declarative, prompt-based, and custom-engine agents and enterprise integrations • Configure Power Platform environment strategies and zoned governance • Develop agents across Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry • Support secure agent operations across Power Platform and Azure • Configure conditional access policies and enable agent lifecycle workflows for Agent 365 onboarding • Implement governance and security capabilities across Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra Agent ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender • Translate designs and business requirements into production-ready workflows, automations, integrations, and extensibility patterns • Design agent architectures, grounding and retrieval architectures, security controls, compliance controls, and responsible AI safeguards • Implement Power Platform governance and ALM capabilities, including managed environments, DLP policies, pipelines, approval workflows, and administrator enablement • Evaluate agent performance, grounding quality, reliability, and user experience • Develop reusable reference architectures, design patterns, solution templates, and implementation guides • Guide customers and teams through solution delivery, governance, evaluation, observability, audit readiness, and operational best practices • Apply FinOps practices, including cost-benefit analysis, usage forecasting, consumption monitoring, and cost optimization • Use Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, coding assistants, and Microsoft Agent Framework to build and troubleshoot solutions • Help customers evaluate and adopt emerging Microsoft agent capabilities • Collaborate with customers, partners, Microsoft stakeholders, sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience • Four or more years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies, including hands-on experience with AI or agent-based solutions • Practical experience developing production agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, and YAML • Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management • Experience with Power Platform Admin Center, Microsoft 365 admin center, Agent 365 control plane, and Foundry control plane • Ability to act as a technical advisor and SME • Working knowledge of prompt design, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices • Familiarity with design-led or human-centered approaches • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer events • Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership stakeholders • Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling • Strong ethical standards and adherence to data privacy, governance, compliance, and security policies • Relevant certifications may include Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900), Power Platform Solutions Architect (PL-600), Microsoft Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect (AB-100), or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-103) • Equivalent experience may be considered
