• Prospect new customers through phone, email and LinkedIn. • Generate qualified meetings for the SMB Account Executive team. • Qualify inbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile. • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in HubSpot. • Become an expert in ShiftCare's platform and North American healthcare market. • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and meeting targets.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in an SDR or BDR role. • Proven success in outbound SaaS sales. • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM. • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. • A coachable mindset and desire to grow your sales career. • Experience in Heathtech, HRtech, Edtech, CRMtech highly regarded.
